ORDERING PRODUCTS

The customer submits an order for the purchase of products via the Internet at www.frizerija.si.

Our website presents the products, a basic description of the product and their photos.

PAYMENT

*You can pay for the ordered product in cash or with payment cards when picking up the product in our business unit in the Laura Hairdressing Studio at Kržičeva Street 3 in Ljubljana.

*You can pay for the ordered product according to the proforma invoice, which we will send to your e-mail address with all the payment information. As soon as we receive your payment, we will deliver the ordered product to you. When choosing to pay by pre-invoice, you avoid the cost of the money handling fee according to the valid price list charged by Pošta Slovenije.

*You can pay for the ordered product upon delivery to Pošta Slovenije together with postage. You will receive an invoice when you pick up the product.

Product prices are in euros and include 9.5% or 22% VAT.

Prices are guaranteed on the day of payment.

CANCEL ORDER

The buyer can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days and inform the seller about it. The seller can reimburse him all payments received within 14 days of notification at the latest. The cost of delivery of returned products is covered by the buyer. The product must be in its original packaging, must not show signs of use and must not be damaged in any way.

RECLAMATION

The buyer can complain about the product within 8 days of purchase and request an immediate replacement or refund if the product deviates in any way from the buyer's order. If the complaint is unjustified, we return the product to the customer and calculate the return costs.

DATA PROTECTION

We need your data to complete the order correctly. All your personal data is protected by all applicable regulations.
